Leading the charge for Chesapeake was Lourden Banks, who earned the Skipjacks Player of the Game honors for her exceptional all-around contribution. Banks scored 15 points, making 2 free throws, showcasing her stamina and leadership on the court. Beyond her scoring, Banks was a defensive force, grabbing 4 rebounds and tallying an impressive 6 steals, which disrupted the opposing offense and created scoring opportunities for her team.
